Team Building & Sponsoring Skills

This compulsory training course is for ID’s who wish to recruit other distributors and start to build their team. It is only available to Qualified Distributors. It’s aim is to teach you how to recruit new Distributors, and how to sponsor them effectively to help them achieve success.

This course will cover the following topics:

• How to recruit Distributors

• How to use the ‘What’s It All About?’ DVD and other recruiting tools to best effect

• How to use Career Opportunity Presentations (COPs)

• How to start building and looking after a team

…as well as giving you lots of other exciting tips and information.

This training session is hosted by our most experienced Team Leaders, who have achieved major incomes with Telecom Plus – but who all started where you are. They’ll teach you what to do with new Distributors, how to motivate your team, and what to do to get the best out of them. They will share recruitment and team-building techniques. This course offers everything you really need to know to become a Team Leader in this business and push your income onto the next level.

Booking details: this course is free, but you must book. You must also have completed and passed the online training course and have attended a Getting Started skills training. You must be a Qualified Distributor in title.

Preparation: you must bring your prospect list that you started in your Getting Started Skills course, your sales presenter, a pen, notebook and diary.
